Relationship MOT

I think it can often be helpful for people to have a brief set of sessions to reflect on their relationship and perhaps address a specific one off issue or tune into the health of the relationship. Couples don't need to be feeling in crisis to be able to get some insight and help with their relationship, particularly at the moment, where relationships are feeling more intense in the current lockdown. After an initial consultation we can agree on a focus for working together and set up a schedule of sessions.
